Payment Schedule
This performance opportunity is being organized for participants by Mike Miller & Associates SPECIAL EVENTS. Eligible participants are seniors, juniors, sophomores and freshmen. *Dance participants must be female, 14-18 years of age on or before September 1, 2008.
*Cheer participants may be male or female, 14-18 years of age on or before September 1, 2008.
DEPOSIT DUE DATE:
$300 DEPOSIT DUE: Saturday, July 12th
FINAL PAYMENT DUE: Friday, September 12th
Deposits and final payments are due by the deadline date. Spaces are limited and for the past several years have been filled prior to the deadline date.
Remaining balance is due by the deadline date.
Cancellations and refunds are made according to the following schedule:
