Note: We reserve the right to alter and adjust the itinerary, hotel, performances, and/or Broadway show in order to accommodate the size of the total group.
What The Package Does Not Include:
Transportation:
- Via plane, train, and/or automobile to/from New York City
- To and from the Hilton New York
Optional Activities:
- These are sightseeing excursions not listed in the itinerary such as ice-skating at Rockefeller Center, carriage rides in Central Park, etc. These are optional and at participant's or spectator's expense. Suggested budgeting is $45.00 a day for shopping, snack items, miscellaneous, and optional activities. This will vary for each individual.
Meals:
- Participant's lunch on arrival day, breakfast or lunch on departure day.
Cancellation Insurance:
- Trip cancellation and baggage insurance can be purchased through www.insuremytrip.com.
Miscellaneous:
- Items of a personal nature
- Medical treatment if necessary
Clothing Items:
- Each participant will be required to purchase and bring the following items as a part of the production/performance event:
- One (1) pair of solid white athletic shoes
- One (1) pair all white cotton crew socks
- One (1) pair red sweatpants (no stripes)
- One (1) red cotton turtleneck and one (1) white cotton turtleneck
- One (1) pair white gloves
